Honor India has announced Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for Honor 7 smartphone. The update will be available for all Honor 7 users who register for the OTA update.

All Honor 7 users need to register by providing their device IMEI no and current software version. Honor says the Android Marshmallow OTA update will reach their device in 24-48 hours from the time of registration.

The Huawei Honor 7 was launched in India on October 7 with Android 5.0 Lollipop. The handset comes with 5.2-inch Full HD IPS LCD display and is powered by Huawei’s own HiSilicon Kirin processor.

The Honor 7 comes with 3GB RAM and 16 or 64GB internal storage option. Honor 7 sports a 20MP rear camera with PDAF and dual LED flash. The front camera is a 8MP one and it also sports LED flash.

The Honor 7 is exclusively available on Flipkart at Rs 22,999 and is available in metallic grey colour.
