Dear Indians,lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;don't purchase this xiaomi india products in india. because of this below reasons.lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;1. Their customer service is worst. because if you have given your mobile to their customer service by travelling from 100 or 200 kms, they will take the mobile and gives service job sheet. if you want to know the status of the mobile , you have to call their service center. But their service center people don't lift the phone. example visakhpatnam service center, both the mobile which was given in their website , always show switched off or out of coverage area. To know the status of your mobile if you call to their customer service cetnter , they will tell that they are not able to call their service center. for this you have to travel all the way 100 or 200kms from your place. you have to expend minimum Rs. 300 /- for each travel.lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;2. another thing they are making propaa they are selling the mobiles with very less price, but actually with websites they are selling the mobiles very less and doing black marketing the mobiles with higher prices. Almost E-bay is selling publicly with higher price. lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;3. like this they are exploiting. This media persons are taking money from them and giving very good publicity to this products and making the Indians fools.lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;4. kindly requesting all the Indians, please listen don't promote such type of products in india.lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;this is my own experience
