Videocon has silently listed newest offering Q1 V500K on its website. Videocon had recently launched Cube 3 smartphone with SOS button.

Videocon Q1 V500K is just another budget smartphone in company’s smartphone portfolio. Videocon Q1 V500K features a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Videocon is using one-glass solution here for rigidity. With a 5-inch display, Videocon Q1 V500K is one of the few devices to posses a smaller display and very high resolution.

Under the hood, Videocon Q1 V500K is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor clocked at 1.5GHz. The smartphone comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage further expandable up to 32GB.

Videocon Q1 V500K sports a 13MP primary camera with features like autofocus, geo-tagging, HDR, face detection, night vision, etc. There is also dual LED flash provided with the primary camera. Videocon Q1 V500K also sports an 8MP secondary camera with single LED flash.

Videocon Q1 V500K measures 8.9mm at its thickest point and weighs 140 grams. The smartphone supports 4G with both FDD and TDD LTE bands. The device runs Android 5.0.2 operating system. Videocon Q1 V500K will work with Reliance Jio 4G service.

Videocon is going aggressive in the smartphone market with plans to capture 6 per cent share. Akshay Dhoot, Head – Technology and Innovation, Videocon in a coversation with the said, “Cube 3 is company’s flagship device and the face of their premium smartphones range.”

Videocon Q1 V500K is backed by a 3,000mAh battery. The smartphone comes with one year warranty and company is yet to start taking orders for the device.
