And I think they should have priced it around 10-15% lower than they have, considering the fact they do not have to pay import duties and tariffs as both the phones are being manufactured in India. 37-40K and it would have killed the high end segment. 48K for the regular version? Not such a good deal all things considered. Especially considering that the likes of Xiaomi mi5 will be priced closer to the 25-30K mark and provides pretty much the same specs.... The HTC One m10 could do well in India IF they price it below the S6.

The Snapdragon 820 has better single threaded performance, better GPU and better thermal management than the Exynos. Not to mention much better support for ROMS and modding. Last year Exynos was the king. This year its Qualcomm once again. That GPU is MONSTROUS.

"Samsung is likely to launch the phone here with its Exynos 8890 processor and not the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820." This is a tragedy. The Snapdragon 820 is said to be both quicker and return 2 hrs of more battery life than the Exynos 8890

Samsung sold handsets promoting free vr offer, then they made people wait, yet as of 5april samsung india service has no idea about vr redemption offer. They are still selling handsets with 50% off vr offer but there is no vr in Stock on the online samsung store. This is cheating.

Please don't call someone misinformed without researching about it first. This year's Snapdragon has proven to be superior in both CPU and GPU performance. Even though it won't affect everyday performance, the SD820 still has a sizable 32% lead in GPU performance. There nothing wrong in asking the best for our money.
