Reliance has put out a teaser announcing the launch of three new LYF devices- Flame 2, Wind 4 and Water 7. The http://www.mylyf.com page shows LYF Flame 2 as the one with the smallest screen size, followed by LYF Wind 4 and LYF Water 7. The smartphones are the latest entry to the Reliance LYF 4G-enabled devices. The company has also announced price-cuts on its existing LYF devices as a part of Holi offers.
The Reliance webpage shows various colours splashed in the background hinting that the new LYF smartphones could launch around ‘Holi’. Below the smartphones, we see ‘Coming Soon’ written in bold letters. The LYF Falme 2 and LYF Water 7 smartphones have rounded edges. The LYF Wind 4, on the other hand is rectangular. Reliance has not dropped any information about the smartphones, except that LYF Wind 4 will have a 4,000 mAh battery and LYF Water 7 will feature optical fingerprint sensor.
With the launch of these three smartphones, Reliance LYF series will now have a total of 8 devices. Reliance LYF Flame 2 is now the cheapest LYF device at Rs 4,999. Presently LYF Flame 1 is the cheapest smartphone at Rs 6,490 and Reliance LYF Earth 1 the most expensive at Rs 23,990.
While Reliance LYF Earth 1 is now available at Rs 19,399 as a part of company’s Holi offer; LYF Water 1 and LYF Water 2 can be bought at Rs 4,599 and 13,499 respectively. The phones are originally priced at Rs 14,999 and Rs 14,690 respectively. The price of LYF Flame 1 has also come down from Rs 6,490 to Rs 5,499. Similarly,LYF Wind 6 is available at a slightly lower price of Rs 6,499 under the Holi offer.
