Oppo F1 with 8 mp selfie-camera to launch in India by January end

The Oppo F1 smartphone is expected to launch in India by January end and will cost around Rs 19,000 if one goes by conversion rates.

Oppo’s new F series of smartphone with the F1 device, which was showcased at the recently concluded CES 2016, is now available for pre-orders in Vietnam. The Oppo F1 smartphone is expected to launch in India by January end. Oppo F1 is priced at VND 6,490,000, which comes to Rs 19,329 after conversion.

Oppo F1 has a 5-inch HD resolution IPS and LCD display at 294 ppi with Gorilla Glass 2.5D, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 hexa-core processor 3GB RAM, 16 GB storage space (expandable to 128GB). F1 has a 13 megapixel rear and an eight megapixel front camera.

The F1 is Dual-SIM smartphone (SIM + Nano Micro SIM) and has a 2500 mAh battery. It runs the Android 5.1 platform with Oppo’s ColorOS 2.1 UI on top. The smartphone is up for pre-order here.
