Oplus launches XonPhone 5 smartphone

Oplus on Thursday announced the launch of its revolutionary 5” Smartphone – ‘XonPhone 5’ exclusively on Snapdeal.com.

XonPhone 5 is powered by a MTK 6582 Quad core 1.3GHz Cortex A7 Processor, a 1 GB RAM, a 5” capacitive multi-touch 1280 by 720, 320 PPI true to life display, 8 MP Back Camera with auto focus with LED Flash and a 2 MP Front Camera, 16 GB Internal Storage, powered by a 2000mAh battery and the works to give you a world of possibilities.

Present at the launch CEO, Oplus, Mr. Soumitra Gupta said, “We are extremely elated to be launching the XonPhone 5, an innovative smartphone with ultimate features ensuring a unique user experience. Our association with India’s largest marketplace, Snapdeal.com has yielded us great results for our tablet and we are affirmative that our smartphone will also witness great acceptance from the users.”

Meanwhile, Tony Navin, Senior Vice President – Electronics, Snapdeal.com said that XonPhone 5 cannot be compared with the Moto E and their partnership Flipkart.com. “It’s not apples to apples comparison,” he said.
