OnePlus has announced another OxygenOS update for its latest flagship, OnePlus 3 with few fixes. OnePlus which got criticised for several software flaws with its OnePlus 3 smartphone, announced first fix on July 7 and this new update in just 20 days proves that OnePlus is hearing to the concerns of OnePlus 3 users.

While the previous OxygenOS update focused on fixing camera issues and notification management, the latest update resolves issues with 4K video recording. OnePlus 3’s camera is capable of recording 4K videos but the company is updating the 4K codec used in its software. The new camera update also improves noise cancellation in video recording. OnePlus says it has also added latest security patches which could mean the July security patch from Google.

OxygenOS 3.2.2 update improves notification management in doze and addresses the alert slider/silent mode issue. OnePlus is also fixing the fingerprint scanner issues with the latest update. OnePlus 3 users reported a bug which disabled fingerprint sensor while in pocket. OxygenOS 3.2.2 update also adds NFC toggle in quick settings.

OnePlus 3 is the latest flagship from Chinese hardware startup OnePlus. Its the most powerful smartphone ever from OnePlus but apparently its not called as flagship killer this time around. OnePlus 3 features a 5.5-inch AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset, 6GB RAM and 64GB storage.

The smartphone comes with a 16MP primary camera capable of recording 4K videos and an 8MP front camera with 1080p video recording. The smartphone was launched on June 14.
