Customers can order a maximum of three devices on Amazon.in.
The Surface Pro 4 runs the latest Windows 10 operating system. It sports a 12.3-inch PixelTouch display (2736×1824 pixels) at 3:2 aspect ratio. On the connectivity front, the Surface Pro 4 offers a USB 3.0 port, microSD card reader, 3.5-mm headphone port, Mini DisplayPort, Surface Keyboard Cover port and SurfaceConnect port. It includes an 8MP rear camera and 5MP front camera with Dolby stereo support. Microsoft claims 8 hours of battery life and weighs just under 800 grams.
Microsoft has bundled the Surface Pro 4 with the Surface Pen in Silver colour option only. Surface Pro 3 buyers will have to purchase the Surface Pen for Rs 5,990. The Surface Keyboard Cover has to be purchased separately for Rs 12,490 for both Pro 3 and pro 4 buyers. It comes in Blue and Black colours only.
Talking about after sales, Microsoft will not repair if anything happens to your Surface device within the warranty period of 365 days. They will actually replace it for free. If you manage to break your device, Microsoft will surely provide a replacement option but you will obviously have pay a certain amount.
For enterprise customers, Microsoft will sell it through its usual channel partners. There are more hardware configuration options for enterprises.
