England scripted an epic comeback as they went from 0-2 down to beat Spain 5-2 and as a result went on to win the U17 World Cup in Kolkata.

The England under-17 side became world champions in a thrilling contest at Kolkata on Saturday. Phil Foden and Rhian Brewster were the stars of the day as the Young Lions cruised to a 5-2 win over Spain. Despite having a poor start to the game and going down 2-0 in the first half of the game, England kept coming back with the likes of Foden and Hudson-Odoi providing the impetus. LAter on, a truly special second-half performance from England in the second saw them lift the title for the first time and leave Twitterati in a frenzy.
