The Indian cricket team has earned a much deserved break after the West Indies series that concluded in the USA and the two captains are evidently making the most out of it. ODI and T20 skipper MS Dhoni attended the semi-final of the US Open in New York while Test captain Virat Kohli seems to be keeping himself busy with his gym routines and ad-shoots.

“Had fun watching the semi finals of the US open, a different experience altogether,” Dhoni’s caption said alongside a selfie that he uploaded on his Instagram account. The image shows India’s number 7 beaming into the camera with the Arthur Ashe Stadium in the background.

Kohli on the other hand posted a photo of himself with a cup of green tea in his hand, seemingly seated in his car. The caption to the pic read, “Some detox everyday is a must. And green tea helps massively. Keep your system clean and feed your body nutritious meals. There’s no better way to stay healthy and fit.” Kohli had previously uploaded pics of himself returning from an ad shoot with a new hairdo.

Among the two, Dhoni will have a longer break on account of his retirement from test matches. Kohli will lead India when they take on New Zealand in a three match test series starting on September 22, 2016. The test series will be followed by a one day international series which begin on October 16 and will extend to the end of the month.
