England opener Alex Hales has given a partial refund to a disgruntled spectator who took to social media to complaint about the slow over-rate during the ongoing third Test against Pakistan at Edgbaston.
A spectator named Alexis Fuller, who was in the Edgbaston crowd on Friday, asked for a 10 percent refund on the ticket price following an announcement made by former England skipper Michael Vaughan pointed out that only 81 overs were bowled in the entire day.
Fuller said, “I want 10% of my money back. Wouldn’t go to football and find it ended after 80mins.”
“@AlexHales1 @root66 @vincey14 @jbairstow21 @MoeenAli @chriswoakes @StuartBroad8 @finnysteve @jimmy9 care to refund me 10% of ticket price?” the Mirror reports.
Only 81 overs bowled today … 10% down … The game has to do something to stop this … It’s madness .. #ENGvPAK

The right handed-English opener replied saying, “ok DM me your bank details I’ll do it now”.
