FormerBJP president Nitin Gadkari has reportedly claimed that he had been approached by a “big UPA leader” for help to destabilise the government.

Speaking at a function on Thursday to rename a park in city’s prime locality,Gadkari reportedly said,“I told the leader that I can’t make any false promise. Making fales promise isn’t in my DNA.”

Asked to elaborate on his comment at a press conference organised by Agrovision,a forum promoted by him,Gadkari told the ABP Maaza channel that aired a report on Friday that he won’t make any political comment.
