Seoul shares end down 0.23 per cent

Seoul shares fell on Friday,ending a three-day gaining streak,led by major exporters.

Seoul shares fell on Friday,ending a three-day gaining streak,led by major exporters and banking stocks including LG Display and KB Financial Group Inc as weak U.S. data rekindled economic slowdown fears.

The Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) finished down 0.23 percent at 1,775.54 points. Shares in LG Display fell 1.94 percent.
