Mumbai: Piramal Healthcare is planning to invest $1 billion in the US in a couple of years,mainly to buy companies with interests in aerospace,bio-pharmaceuticals,defence and information management sectors. The company already has 1,000 people working in the US,said chairman Ajay Piramal on the sidelines of a CII event.

Govt to unveil revised FDI policy paper today

New Delhi: The government will on Friday release the revised consolidated foreign direct investment policy paper,a ready reckoner for foreign investment related regulations. “This will incorporate all changes effected in FDI Policy…from October 1 to March 31,” a DIPP official said.
