Tell us about your daily diet.
I have a good breakfast,a balanced Indian meal for lunch and a light dinner. I also make it a point to have fruits during the day and lots of water.
Whats your exercise routine?
I work out about five days a week. I alternate my cardio and weights workouts and I also do yoga post workout. In addition to keeping me healthy,my workouts also ensure I have a positive outlook in life.
Whats your favourite cuisine?
Indian and Italian.
Is there anything you binge on?
What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
I stay away from drastic weight loss or gain as it is an unhealthy and a temporary solution.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I dont stick to a particular diet,I only eat healthy.
Whats your idea of health?
Eating healthy,working out often,getting adequate sleep and having a positive attitude.u
