Tell us about your daily diet.
I dont follow any particular diet. I am a foodie and enjoy all kinds of food. I make sure I consume an ample amount of greens,roughage and proteins. I like salads and enjoy a glass of chilled butter milk after a meal. I also eat a lot of fruit. I avoid oily,fatty foods.
What is your exercise routine?
I do cardios like walking and jogging as wells as abs and weights. I try working out at least five days a week. If I miss the gym,I go for a jog.

Is there anything you binge on?
Not really. I try and keep a well-balanced diet.
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
I am not in favour of any rapid weight loss/gain techniques. I believe that it should be a gradual process,aided by good eating habits and regular exercise.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
It is very hard to stick to a diet when you set yourself a hard target,or one that you strive to achieve in an unrealistic period of time. I eat whatever I have to but in moderation.
What is your idea of health?
Peace of mind.
