Tell us about your daily diet.
I dont follow a fixed diet. I exercise and drink lots of water. In the morning,I have cold milk or scrambled eggs with toast. Lunch is anything my mother cooksfish or chicken curry with one or two chapattis. I avoid rice. Dinner is the same. I also avoid having any snacks when Im out for a movie.
Whats your exercise routine?
I spend around an hour at the gym daily doing cardio exercises. Also,I try to swim for half an hour daily.
What is your favourite cuisine?
Is there anything you binge on?
No,theres nothing I crave for to binge on. I dont even have a sweet tooth.
What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
I dont believe that you can either lose or gain weight in a hurry. There are no quick fixes in life according to me. Everything can be achieved through hard work alone.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I have never followed a diet.
