Haryana to chargesheet Khemka

Haryana Chief Secretary P K Chaudhery has reportedly compiled the comments received from the administrative branch.

The Haryana government is reportedly set to nail its senior IAS officer Ashok Khemka by issuing him a chargesheet for cancelling the mutation of Robert Vadra-DLF land deal in Shikhopur village in Gurgaon district.

According to sources,Haryana Chief Secretary P K Chaudhery has reportedly compiled the comments received from the administrative branch on the issue and forwarded the same to the Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda to take a final call.

However,when contacted,Chaudhery refused to comment and said,“These are official matters,and I would not discuss anything.”

Sources said that Haryana government is trying to get even with Ashok Khemka who pointed out gross irregularities in the Vadra-DLF deals during his tenure as Director-General,Consolidation of Land Holdings,Haryana. Khemka had cancelled the mutation of a land deal between Vadra’s company M/s Skylight Hospitality and DLF Universal Ltd last year.
