General Singh, who arrived here on Wednesday in a special aircraft of the Indian Army, will meet President Ram Baran Yadav,PM Baburam Bhattarai and Defence Minister Bijay Gachedar on Thursday. His meeting with the three highest ranking political figures, and interaction with the top brass of Nepal Army, comes at a time when Nepal Army is close to finalising a deal on integration of nearly 6,500 Maoist combatants in the Army.
