Besides those who were regulars at acting,there were many pre-eminent names who acted in just one or two films,either to oblige kith and kin as convenient stand-ins for cameos or only for a lark. Here’s an alphabetical list

Aamir Khan

AAMIR Khan acted as one of the three kid brothers who are separated in his uncle Nasir Husain’s Yaadon Ki Baraat (1973) followed by his father Tahir Husain’s Madhosh (1974)

Bobby Deol

Dharmendra just called son Bobby Deol on the sets of Manmohan Desai’s 1977 Dharam-Veer and told him to get into costume and do a single scene with a cardboard axe!

Hrithik Roshan

Hrithik’s first on-screen appearance finds him dancing with Jeetendra to the hit song Jaane hum sadak ke logon se in his grandfather J.Om Prakash’s blockbuster Aasha (1980). He then acted in his father Rakesh Roshan’s Aap Ke Deewane and Bhagwan Dada.

Imran Khan

Imran can be spotted as the young Aamir Khan in both Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak and Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander. His grandfather Nasir Husain produced these films and uncle Mansoor Khan was the director.

Neil Nitin Mukesh

Neil was seen playing Rishi Kapoor as a child in Yash Chopra’s Vijay and in Jaisi Karni Waisi Bharni seemingly just for a lark.

Rajshree

V.Shantaram’s daughter did a small role in his 1953 film Subah Ka Tara as Baby Rajshree

Tanuja did a brief role in her mother Shobhana Samarth’s Hamari Beti (1950),which also marked the debut of her sister Nutan in the lead. She later acted in one more film,Amber.
