Eleven children killed in school bus mishap

Eleven students,including girls,were killed and 20 injured when their school bus collided with a truck in Rajasthan’s Hanumangarh district

Eleven students,including girls,were killed and 20 injured when their school bus collided with a truck in Rajasthan’s Hanumangarh district on Tuesday.

The incident occurred near Amar Singh Wala village when the bus was on its way to Saraswati School in Goluwala from Surawali with 40 children,the police said. Seven children died on the spot and four succumbed to injuries in hospital.

The victims were identified as Gagandeep,Sarita,Ayush,Ankit,Sahil,Rajesh,Nakul,Reena,Manju and Lokesh,aged between 1-16 years,the police said. The condition of five was stated to be critical. The bus driver is absconding
