A special CBI court on Friday rejected the bail pleas filed by two accused in Adarsh society scam on the grounds that the accused persons were highly influential and could tamper with witnesses in the case. Adarsh secretary R C Thakur and retd brigadier Madan Mohan Wanchoo had filed their bail pleas on April 20.
