RBI ups housing loan limit to Rs 10 lakh for weaker sections

In bid to promote housing for low income groups in major cities,the Reserve Bank of India has doubled the limit for home loans to Rs 10 lakh for consideration under priority sector lending. “It has been decided to increase the limit from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 10 lakh for the bank loans extended to non-governmental agencies,approved by National Housing Bank for their refinance,for on-lending for the purpose of construction or reconstruction of individual dwelling units or for slum clearance and rehabilitation of slum dwellers.” the Reserve Bank of India said in a notification.

Ansal API launches villas at Sushant Golf City in Lucknow

Real estate developer Ansal API has launched a premium development Golf Villas in Sushant Golf City,Lucknow. The company is building 250 golf villas equipped with fully integrated home automation systems that are designed by New Zealand-based architect Feng Zhan and would come in five different configurations. Sushant Golf City a 3,530 acre township located on Amar Shaheed Path & Lucknow-Sultanpur Highway.

SCSL Buildwell launches premium project in Gurgaon

Delhi-based SCSL Buildwell has launched ‘Neptune’ a luxury development at Sector 70-A,Gurgaon. The development consists of two towers of 28 floors each with two apartments per floor. All apartments have an area of 6,363 sq ft and come in a 5BHK configuration with large open spaces,are fully airconditioned and have an individual plunge pool,steam and sauna rooms. The lobby in each tower would be 13,000 sq ft and would feature an aquarium.

Mahagun launches luxury project in Noida

Mahagun,a developer with presence in the National Capital Region has launched a luxury project ‘Mahagun Mezzaria’ in Sector 78,Noida. Individual units would be available in 3 BHK (2350 and 2850 sq.ft.),4 BHK (3200 and 4150 sq.ft.) and 5 BHK (4570 sq.ft.) configurations. The development is being designed by Hafeez Contractor.
