Moily hints of relief to RIL on KG-D6 relinquishment
New Delhi: In a relief to Reliance Industries (RIL),petroleum minister M Veerappa Moily has indicated that he may not fully accept the recommendation of the directorate general of hydrocarbons for taking away 86 per cent of the companys KG-D6 gas block area.
SFIO looks to set up forensic lab soon
New Delhi: To strengthen its capabilities in probing white collar crimes,the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) aims to set up a forensic laboratory as early as September this year. The laboratory would help in carrying out forensic audit,which is predominantly used in cases of financial fraud to make a more accurate analysis.
