2 BHK apartments in Gurgaon can be rented at this price. Sector 46,Sector 56,Sector 23 and Sushantlok Part III have 2 BHK flats spanning 1100-1200 square feet available for rent.

Block C1 in Palam Vihar offers independent plots of 66 yards for rent at this budget. This area is for 3 BHK flats.

Ashoka Enclave in Faridabad has 3 BHK apartments of 1200 square feet which can be rented within this budget. Green field and Omaxe Green Valley in Sector 19 offer 2 and 3 BHK apartments of 1100 square feet and 2430 square feet respectively at this rental price.

“Within Delhi,this budget will not ensure flats or homes,” said Pradeep Misra,broker with Sainik Estates.

Dwarka in West Delhi has 2 BHK flats available at this price in Sectors 13 and 17. DDA MIG flats in Sector 11 and Sector 12 are can also be an option. Other areas in West Delhi where 2 BHK flats can be rented at this price are Punjabi Bagh and Paschim Vihar. 1 BHK apartments are available in Shalimar Bagh and Vikas Puri. “In areas such as Rajouri Garden and Mansarovar Garden,floors on a plot of 160 square yard might be available for rent at this price. However,these will not be new floors. Brand new 2 BHK apartments would be available in Hari Nagar and Tilak Nagar,” said Jaskirat Singh Bansal,broker with Akal Construction.

Lakshmi Nagar,Shivpuri and Shahdara in East Delhi offer 2 BHK apartments at this price.

Chandigarh

With a budget of Rs 10,000 rental a 10 marla first and second floor are available in Chandigarh. Built with two bedrooms,these unfurnished options would be in sectors 20,21,15,16,17 and18.

If one has a preference for ground floor,then the options are available in smaller area like 6 marla house. A good conditioned house or newly built one can even be available at Rs 9,000 rental in sectors 37,38,33 and 32.

MIG flats of two bedroom with drawing and dining on ground floor in various housing societies in Sectors like 46,48,49,50 and 51 are also available within this budget.

“The rentals depend on the location of the house and its construction.

In developed sectors the rent are on a higher side even if the construction is quite old whereas in the developing sectors a newly constructed house can be available on a lower side,” Mangat Rai Baboota.
