The eight-member Pakistani Judicial Commission to India, which will cross-examine witnesses of the Mumbai terror attack, has delayed its visit by four days citing non-availability of flights.

“We were supposed to leave on September 7 on a Pakistan International Airlines flight but it has been cancelled,so we will leave on September 11,” Riaz Akram Cheema,a member of the team defending the accused, said. “The window provided to us was between September 3 and 18,” he said, adding that the anti-terrorism court in Islamabad will be informed about the delay on Wednesday during the hearing. The panel,in its second visit to India, will cross-examine the witnesses of the terror attacks,in order to take the prosecution of seven suspects forward.
