Shane Warne’s ex-wife,Simone Callahan, has revealed that she still finds it painful to see Elizabeth Hurley ‘playing mum’ to her children.
Callahan described Warne and the British actress recent visit to their nine-year-old daughters school as awkward.
Shane and Liz turned up along with a swag of photographers but we didnt speak at the assembly, News.com.au quoted her as telling Womans Day.
Callahan said that she found it disrespectful that her children were calling Hurley ‘mummy’.
I cant control what people say,but its just disrespectful as far as Im concerned. She [Liz is not their mum. And the kids know exactly what the situation is, she said.
The former Australian cricketer and Hurley were photographed sitting next to Callahan during their sons school football match earlier this month.
It was a little bit awkward at first but it looked like they had a lot to catch up on, one onlooker had said.
Everything seemed fine between them and it looked like Simone enjoyed having Shane to herself when Liz popped away for a minute, the onlooker added.
