This edition of Foodi.e. takes you to a restaurant kitchen that is responsible for the changing the dining landscape of the Capital. SodaBottleOpenerWala is an eccentric restaurant in Gurgaon’s Cyberhub that has brought the sumptuous Parsi flavours on to the Delhi-NCR food map. Now, dishes such as Paatra ni Machhi, Saali Boti and Berry Pulao are no longer alien names and flavours to the Delhi-wallahs’ palates, as SodaBottleOpenerWala’s success led it to open multiple branches.

This week, Chef Manager Anahita Dhondy is whipping up a classic Egg Akoori with thick buttered toast, which is a variation of the popular ‘anda bhurji’, or scrambled eggs.
