Want to do something special for your Valentine? Baking a cake is not a bad idea.
Butter (sweet) – 1000grams
Milk – 800grams
Bitter Chocolate – 800 grams
Eggs – 12 pieces
Sugar – 1000 grams
Cocoa Powder – 120 grams
Salt – 16 grams
Baking Soda – 16 grams
Vanilla Essence – 20 grams
Cake Flour – 880 grams
*Boil milk, butter, salt and vanilla then take off the stove, add the bitter chocolate and make a ganache.
*Beat eggs and sugar fluffy and fold in the ganache. Sieve flour, cacao, soda and fold into the mixture.
*Fill into rings with aluminum bottom and bake at 200 degrees centigrade.
*Cut in half and fill/cover with ganache once, soak well with sugar syrup and cool then glaze.
