TV stars like Tejaswi Prakash Wayangankar and Roop Durgapal are in for some monsoon fun but also have fitness on their mind. Dancing and yoga are some of the ways they are trying to stay fit this monsoon season.

You can also pick up some workout DVDs or surf the net for exercises that you can do at home”, said Tejaswi Prakash Wayangankar.
“Stairs are a superb exercising device. So, avoiding lifts and walking up and down the stairs a couple of times a day is a good way to stay fit. Yoga can also be performed in any airy spot in your house”, said Roop.
According to Mahika Sharma, a morning or evening walk is on most people’s regular workout schedule. However, the morning or evening showers might be an issue so indoor exercises are best way to beat the rain or even doing yoga.
