When Priyanka Chopra graced Altuzarra’s Spring 2017 collection at New York Fashion Week in a pink knit dress from the designer’s Resort 2017 collection, she made the world stop and take notice. While some said she looked like a bouquet of flowers others disagreed. We had a opinion too and even though we are not a big fan of the blush pink ankle length dress, we think Chopra being the superstar she is, rocked front row fashion. We say so because it’s not always easy to pull of a self striped dress. There were minor glitches in her style like pairing the dress with black heels minus a skinny black belt but it wasn’t something we couldn’t overlook. We guess, that lipshade is all that was needed to get us hooked.

Fast forward a few weeks and we are into London Fashion Week. At Burberry’s See-Now-Buy-Now fall 2016 show, Freida Pinto was seen wearing head to toe Burberry. Celebrity stylist Tanya Ghavri shared photos of the lady on Instagram and it was a pure flower power look. Seriously, the couture was so gorgeous that we wouldn’t have been disappointed even if she would have worn it together. Very unusual styling by Ghavri but a nice one nonetheless.

However, we couldn’t help but notice that there was a common thread between both the looks and it was their choice of hairstyle. Both Chopra and Pinto opted for tied-up hair and we think that actually made a lot of difference. While Pinto went for centre-parting, Chopra kept it a little messy.
