IBPS RRB results 2017: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the preliminary Common Written Exam (CWE) results for the office assistant or clerk at ibps.in. The preliminary recruitment exam of multipurpose office assistants (clerk) at various regional rural banks was held on September 17, 23 and 24 across the country and the results were released last week.

The scores of IBPS RRB office assistant are available till November 12. Candidates who have applied for the exam can check their scores from the official website.

Candidates who clear the preliminary round will have to appear for the main and interview round. The main exam will be conducted by IBPS and the admit cards are likely to be out by the end of this week.

IBPS RRB office assistant prelims results 2017, here’s how to download:
Step 1: Go to the official website for IBPS
Step 2: Click on the notification for the IBPS multipurpose office assistant prelims score card and follow the links provided.
Step 3: Login with your registration number and password.
Step 4: Download your score and take a print out of the same for further reference.

The candidates can check scores of the preliminary examination by the following procedure:
(i) A number of questions answered correctly in each objective test after applying the penalty for wrong answers.
(ii) The corrected scores so obtained by a candidate are made equivalent to take care of the minor difference in difficulty level, if any, in each of the objective tests held in different sessions to arrive at the equated scores.
(iii) Final scores in each test are rounded off to up to two digits after the decimal point.

The cut-off is applied in two stages – on scores in individual tests and on total score

Total score in prelims = scores obtained in reasoning + numerical ability
