This clearly shows that there are criminal minded persons roaming in the society. It can not be an ordinary crime. A person who can behead a person and runaway with the head, has to be a hardcore criminal and such a person is a dangerous liability to the society and to be caught and eliminated. Lawlessness has taken a dangerously high level (a most undesirable thing) in Bengal.
