Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi describing RJD as a ‘sinking boat’ today said its chief Lalu Prasad was only posing to be strong at the Centre.
If Prasad is so strong and can influence the UPA government at the Centre then what prevents him from ensuring a special state category to Bihar? he asked while talking to newsmen.
Modi alleged that Lalu was ‘patting himself on the back’ and making ‘tall claims’ for the proposed central universities at Motihari and Gaya,a decision announced by the Centre recently.
The centre,he said, had decided to set up the two central universities in Bihar only after discussions between Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Union HRD minister Kapil Sibal in New Delhi a couple of months ago.
