peacock sex, peacock, rajasthan, rajasthan judge Peacock is the national bird of India

Rajasthan High Court judge Mahesh Chandra Sharma, who directed the state government to coordinate with the Centre and take steps to declare cow as the national animal, has a theory about the mating process of peacocks.

Speaking to reporters, Justice Sharma said, “Jo mor hai, yeh aajevan bhramachari hai. Kabhi bhi morni ke saath sex nahi karta hai. Iske jo aasu aate hai, morni usse chubhkar garbhavati hoti hai, mor ya morni ko janm deti hai (The peacock is a lifelong celibate. It does not have sex with peahen. The peahen gives birth after it gets impregnated with the tears of the peacock. A peacock or a peahen is then born).”

The High Court judge, who retires today, gave the remarks while explaining his judgment on why the cow deserves to be given the ‘national animal’ tag. Peacock is the national bird of India.

“Nepal is a Hindu nation and has declared cow as national animal. India is a predominant agriculture country based in animal rearing. As per Article 48 and 51A (g), it is expected from the state government that they should take action to get a legal entity for cow in this country,” he said in his order.

“It is expected from the government that it should declare cow as national animal and for this purpose the Chief Secretary and Advocate General of state are declared legal custodians of cow,” the judge said in the 145-page order.

The Internet is awash with the ‘myth’ that peacocks and peahens do not engage in physical sex. However, contrary to such reports, peacocks and peahens mate just like any other bird species.

The mindless, thoughtless, ignorant and vacuous comments of a sitting High Court judge tells us of the derelict state of affairs of the judiciary in the country; and these are the very people who are entrusted with justice? What a shame. Will the Supreme court charge this judiciary with either recommendation for delusive schizophrenia as they did with Mr. Kannan, or will they prosecute him for the highest contempt against the court of law for shaming the system of justice with such an outrage. Imagine the cheek of this person who waits a lifetime to make such ic comments on the day of his retirement!

You barbarians, Never see the poor people starving. More worried about GOD. God doesn't need your help, If something shouldn't happen ,God has own power to stop it happening. What God can't resist is , idots like you don't really care about suffering , hungry, physically and mentally abused humans especilly children. If you really love God , love the human ( not religion) because we created religion, not God

One expects people holding such high offices to have atleast an iota of common sense. Peahen getting "pregnant from tears and giving birth to pea s or hens", isn't there any limit to absurdity.

I am really shocked to hear this HC judge. How he had been selected now raises questions on the HC judges selection process. How could a person with so deeply religious become a judge. There should be ap ude test for judges selection. It's so sad that judiciary is not doing enough to reform itself. Judegs have so much power but no operational standards to maintain.
