Beginning her campaign for Haryana Assembly elections from Kalka constituency, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj Saturday heaped praise on PM Narendra Modi and said that people of the state should vote for the BJP to “show gratitude” to the PM.
Swaraj was in Kalka to campaign for BJP candidate Latika Sharma, considered close to Swaraj’s sister Vandana Sharma, who is contesting from Safidon. BJP candidate from Panchkula constituency Gian Chand Gupta was also present. “Modiji ne jholi bhar bhar ke Haryana ko diya hai. Ab ye hamaara samay hai ke hum unka ye karz chukayein (Modi has given a lot to the state, now it is time to show gratitude),” she said.
