With President Pranab Mukherjee’s term coming to an end on July 24, the Election Commission of India on Wednesday announced that polling for the upcoming presidential election will be held on July 17. The counting of votes will begin on July 20, Chief Election Commissioner Nasim Zaidi said. Briefing the press on the election process in New Delhi, Zaidi said the poll body will issue a notification in this regard on June 14. “The last date for nominations is June 28. The date for scrutiny of the nomination is June 30. And the last date for withdrawal of nomination is July 1,” Zaidi said.

The voting will begin at 10 am on July 17 and will go on till 5 pm, he added. Zaidi said the counting of votes will begin at 11 am on July 20. Election will also be held on the same date for the post of Vice-President.

Meanwhile, the Opposition is yet to arrive at a consensus on fielding a common candidate. Leaders from across the Opposition camp have held talks on who should succeed Pranab Mukherjee as President. Earlier, NCP president Sharad Pawar ruled himself out of the presidential race, saying that it was a “closed chapter” for him.

“I am not keen (to be in the race for Rashtrapati Bhavan). I already told them (opposition parties) in very clear terms – for me, it is a closed chapter,” he said.

Besides Pawar, among some prominent names doing the rounds as consensus Opposition candidate are former West Bengal governor Gopal Krishna Gandhi and JD(U) leader Sharad Yadav, besides former Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar of the Congress.

On the other hand, the BJP-led NDA has also kept its cards close to its chest and is yet to drop any hints on who they would be backing in the presidential race.

In this prevai situation only Shri Bagawatji is fit to become the President of India. Reasons:1) He is the only celebite in RSS FOR THE PAST 70 years like a pea C O C K. 2) Since he is putting his finger in the parliament too often he already has lots of experience. 3) Being the Commander-in-Chief of R"SS" N A Z I Army of impotents BAgawat is a natural C-in-C of all armed forces. 4) He will automatically become the Chancellor of chancellors for all univerSities to implement Gurukul and compulsory Sanskriti. And because of that all Brahmin pigs will be busy studying instead of replying to comments!

India and Indians talk about their being a world leader in few years.. Here our babus and EC show their inefficiency where it takes them three days to announce a result which is held only in parliament or embly building, only 4000 members vote and ti takes less than six hours to vote, there is no security concern and one can do the voting just on computer and results given immediately after the close of voting. Even a ordinary citizen can do this with with no much resources needed. What this shows Indians babus want to stretch everything. Indians system is lethargic and will take three days to do a job which can be done in three hours. They want to create suspense, drama just like Bollywood movie.

The best candidate we have today for this post is Dr. Karan Singh. A learned, balanced and a great Indian nationalist. A true Hindu but can not be used. It is no secret that the Congress Party has done much for India but today they are disorganized and corrupt. The BJP is in power not because they are great but because Congress went corrupt. Also I might add the Jewish lobby has entered India significantly due to the BJP. They (the Jews) are busy pushing their agenda of making people money-minded and corrupt. Also the Jews are doing great public relations for the Punjabi. Many Punjabis (some Punjabis are excellent people) are greedy short dark that is money-minded and go after Jewish women due to color. Thus the next breed of Indians will be half Jewish and half Punjabi pushing the Jewish agenda. The Jews have some control in the USA (the Jews are specialists in spreading opposite stories) yet they have no influence in other regions of the globe. India is now their prime target.

We understand from generally-reliable sources that the following names are in the extensive final short-list of Opposition for President and any scope to yield to any compromise is unlikely :- Congress-Sonia with Rahu in waitlist, NC-FarookAbdulla/OmarAbdulla, SP-Mulayam/Akhilesh, JD(U)-SharadYadav/NitishKumar, RJD-LaluYadav only, TMC-Mamta only, BSP-Mayavati only, NCP-SharadPawar/PrafulPatel, CPM-SeetharamYechuri, CPI-BrindaKarat, DMK-Karunanidhi only, JD(S)-Devegoda only
