The Congress Sunday demanded a Supreme Court-monitored SIT probe into the MP Professional Examination Board scam, an issue over which it is expected to turn the heat on Shivraj Singh Chouhan government during the budget session of the Assembly starting Monday. “A Special Investigating Team (SIT) probe monitored ideally by the Supreme Court or at the minimum by the High Court should be constituted,” Congress spokesperson Abhishek Singhvi told reporters in Delhi.

The scam is being probed by the state police’s  Special Task Force (STF). In the MP Assembly, the Opposition Congress is planning to raise the examination scam. “We will raise all issues related to the public with full might in the Assembly,” Leader of Opposition Satyadev Katare told PTI in Bhopal.     PTI
