It is believed that women can do no wrong . in many cases their mere words against men are taken as proof. Most of their accusations are baseless and opportunistic. They totally exploit the system. One such is rpe laws . as per current system it is OK to have relationships before marriage . it is not crme . but if it breaks down and the girl wants to harras then it is termed rpe , no vilnc or wrong doing is necessary . it is just rpe . I think this is totally inconsistent , many youths are hared by media and police due to this some even and up in l long term

There is a belief that a woman can do no wrong doing . in many cases a women's mere accusation is taken as proof and acted on by police many men and m-i-l s are arrested . Many an aspiring career has been ruined by accusation of harment ,, which are taken as truth and the man is totally exposed in media . another deadly anomaly is rape laws. Under the current system an adult female and an adult male can have relationship without marriage . no crime . but if the relationship breaks down and the woman accuses of rape it is acepted as rape . no physical violence or other bad thing is required to be proved . it is just rape as per the current system . many youths are hared by the police and media coverage due to this . height of inconsistency . happens in no other country.

While I fully respect the system and abide by it , my suggestion is that pre marital relation should be strictly punished and outlawed , or else the existing rpe laws should be worked upon . otherwise it becomes inconsistent
