Tamil Nadu chief Minister Jayalalithaa to leave for Kodanad tomorrow

Her party AIADMK is also extending support to CPI's D Raja.

Tamil Nadu chief Minister J Jayalalithaa will leave for Kodanad in the hill district of Nilgiris on Friday,the government said today.

A government press release said she would leave for Kodanad on June 28 and carry on with her official work from there.

Jayalalithaa leaves to the hill station a day after she casts here vote in the Rajya Sabha elections,in which her party’s four nominees are assured of a win. Her party AIADMK is also extending support to CPI’s D Raja.
