PLFI poster spotted on Ratu police station’s signboard

Poster warns of dire consequences if any official or contractor indulged in 'corruption'.

A poster of Naxalites,stuck on the signboard carrying the name of a police station on the outskirts of Ranchi,has warned of dire consequences if any official or contractor indulged in ‘corruption’,the police said.

Bearing the signature of the self-styled ‘commander’ of the People’s Liberation Front of India (PLFI) Minu Yadav and Suleman,it was pasted on the signboard of Ratu Police station,threatening “severe punishment against corrupt officials and contractors”.

A similar poster was also spotted at Kathitand Chowk under Ratu Police station,the police said.

Dismissing the poster as a handiwork of some mischievous elements,Senior Superintendent of Police S S Singh said the police were trying to identify the mischievous people.
