Authorities say an Indian citizen living in New Jersey who’s accused of fondling a passenger on a flight from India to Newark wrote notes to the victim apologizing for a “moment’s stupidity.” Federal prosecutors say 40-year-old Ganesh Parkar, of Robbinsville, moved from his ticketed seat in business class Wednesday and sat next to a woman in economy class on an Air India flight from Mumbai. They say he touched one of her breasts after she fell asleep.

Investigators say he apologized in two short notes written while on the flight. Parkar was charged Thursday with abusive sexual contact. He was released on a $50,000 bond, put under home electronic monitoring and ordered to relinquish his passport.

The charge carries a maximum two-year prison sentence. Parkar’s attorney says his client “asserts his innocence.”

I respect all the women but just to burst your ego I advise you to reign-in the imagination that your mother is in the place and not the other woman.(I apologize to your mother).

Very sad. Ganesh Parkar is vice president in TCS and generally TCS claims that they follow TATA CODE OF CONDUCT. we all wondering what type of conduct is this.lt;br/gt;We also heard that TCS is going to fund his case to defend him

Shame on TCS to fund his defense by supporting this. To show respect to their female employees - TCS should make an example out of it and send a message that they treat matters of molestation very seriously no matter who the perpetrator is.lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;The nation is reeling by the molestation news and this behavior from an educated accomplished person should not go unpunished.
