The committee set up in the Supreme Court to deal with instances of sexual harassment within its precincts has decided that aggrieved women can send their complaints to it by post or e-mail.

It said the first meeting of the committee was held on December 9, 2013 to workout the modalities for the effective implementation of “The Gender Sensitisation and Sexual Harassment of Women at the Supreme Court of India (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013” and to take decision on related issues.

“The complaint shall be sent either by registered post, courier, speed post or e-mail. It can also be handed over personally at the above said address,” the circular said, adding the confidentiality of the inquiry proceedings shall be maintained.

Chief Justice of India P Sathasivam had formed GSICC which is headed by the Supreme Court’s woman judge, Justice Ranjana Prakash Desai, and has six other women members.

There are two members who are outsiders and not connected with the apex court in any manner.

The panel is in consonance with the guidelines laid down by the apex court in its judgement in Vishaka case for dealing with complaints of sexual harassment at workplace.

Under the guidelines, it is required that the panel has a majority of women members and two members of civil society nominated by the Chief Justice of India.

Do Indian laws legally allow girls to openly blackmail anyone using Indian Laws? You can Blackmail anyone using a girl in India using Indian Laws which are weak. The persons behind the girl are always men and they use a girl as a cover since Indian Laws provide her support.Male victims cannot complain against a woman if she is cheating, posting a fake profile on facebook, collecting his personal information, finding about his finances, then use men to call the male victim and threaten to defame him if he does not oblige to her demands of exortion, blackmail etc. The girl first use a trap to lure him into beleiving she loves him and when he starts responding she starts collecting the information using our Indian laws. When the person is fully in his grip she then attacks using his emails and police and Indian laws.Male victim was thinking the girl loved him but in 99 percent cases girl is cheating and hardly 1 % girls actually love men. They mostly love men who have money, wealth, cars and posh life. The male victim is afraid to go to the police station and lodge a complaint. If he is someone important he is more afraid and if he does not have supporting evidence he is as good as dead.Very few male victims fight and only a few come out innocent but lose their public image even after being proved innocent and scammed by the girl.Girls can pose nude, wear offensive clothes and openly blackmail men in public or in magazines and take money for it .Today it is become a crime to send messages to any girl. You cannot send any email or message to a girl and it is a crime according to Indian Law.If a girl sends a email or a sms she is allowed to do it but a male person cannot send it. She can do anything blackmail, threaten or destroy the career of the person who has sent her an email or a sms even if she knows the person very well. The person can be anybody any government officer, police, judge, businessman, MLA, MP, Minister etc broken love affairs which involve communication through sms and emails girl is given more rights than murder, theft, cheating, divorce, rape, ual ault and more publicity etc and can defame anyone and police take her complain more seriously as if she is VIP. Movies show it is allowed but Law says it is a crime greater than murder, rape, ual ault, dacoity, divorce etc. The action is quick and faster than murder, crimes, robbery, theft, cheating, rape, ual ault, fraud, corruption etc. Means the very quick action is taken on sending a sms or an email to a girl or your girlfriend if you have had a fight with her in India. This complaint takes priority over everthing else and all other important work is left to attend to this type of happening. Everyone caught sending sms has to stop all his work and there is no one to listen to his problem. The girl becomes adamant and does not have any mercy on the person because she and the person have a broken friendship and she is taking revenge. Although taking revenge is a crime still she gets protection of law and the person who is falling into her trap becomes the victim as he is trying to solve his fight by sending sms or email. But according to Indian Law he cannot solve his problem by sending sms or email and he cannot use the help of Law to solve his problem. If he leaves the problem as it is he can be blackmailed, defamed or cheated by the girl. The girl can use the sms or email to cheat him today or tomorrow in life and even to blackmail his wife and children if he is married. The girl can use the sms or email on him even if the person is single and his sms or email are just for ending the fight with the girl. The girl collects all the sms and emails and does not reply. When she has sufficient emails or sms she then approaches for a complaint. Once she complains all priority is given to her even if it was a small fight of not talking to each other and knowing each other well. So this loop in the Indian Law is being used very well by girls today to blackmail top people. With the sms and email sent by the person the girl collects all his peronal information and once she has all his personal data, friends, financial information and details of his ets her other male collegues come in the picture. These male collegues then phone the male victim and threaten him. The male victim becomes afraid and is ready to give money to solve problem. The persons ask for money depending upon the financial capability of the person and settle the issue. Many people committ suicide as Indian Law does not protect them as they feel it is not right to live. Are love affair fights more important than murder, rape, corruption, drug crimes, theft, cheating and other domestic crimes.Jagdish K Arora
