BJP MLA Ram Kishan Gujjar,when interrupted while speaking on the budget presented by Power Minister Captain Ajay Singh Yadav,said: “Insaf rally ke baad aaj bade dino bad current aaya hai app mein.” Gujjar was pointing at the recently held rally by Hooda detractor Rao Inderjit Singh in Pataudi. Considering Yadav in the same league,Gujjar made the remark.

Renuka Bishnoi,the sole Haryana Janhit Congress (BL) member spoke for the first time in the Assembly on the Budget session and suggested a few corrective measures to the state government. Congress MLA Sumita Singh and Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kuldeep Sharma sent her written compliments.

Former deputy chief minister of Haryana,Chander Mohan,was seen in the Assembly after a very long time. Accompanied by his brother Kuldeep Bishnoi,Chandermohan sat quiet at the Speaker’s gallery.

BJP MLA Anil Vij — while staging a walkout during the budget discussion — said: “This has no longer remained a House,but has been reduced to a Congress party meeting office.” Vij,other MLAs from BJP,HJC(BL) and INLD were demanding that Speaker allows a Opposition member to open discussion on the budget,rather than allowing a ruling party MLA.

To utter surprise of Health Minister Rao Narender Singh,Congress MLA Anand Singh Dangi asked him why not even a single doctor has been posted at the community health centre in Rohtak’s Madina village. Singh added: “I fail to understand why do you have a personal allergy for me?”

Referring to various units of thermal plants lying shut for many months,BJP MLA Kishan Pal Gujjar said: “I suggest this to the power minister that he should get Chinese engineers Indian citizenship and employ them in the state’s electricity board as the government will regularly require their services for repairing the defective Chinese equipment installed in many thermal plants.”
