A Mumbai sessions court today held Bollywood superstar Salman Khan guilty of all charges in the 2002 hit-and-run case and will pronounce the quantum of sentence in a short while from now.

What happens next

* If Salman is convicted for less than three years, he can approach the Sessions court for bail.

* If he is convicted for more than three years, he has to approach the Bombay HC.

* The biggest huddle though is that the Bombay HC goes on vacation next week. So the defense has a herculean task to file the application and get it on board for hearing. Salman can apply to the Holiday bench but its upon the bench to take it up or not.

In my status --by indian law those whoever guilty the same punishment --but if the affected person or family requiring compensation money more or less for the lost person -and it is acceptable by the guilty person -then granted bail for him reasonable -
