The heading of this news is mischievous. Why Modi prefix has to be added in the heading?. This news has got nothing to do with Modi. It has to do with governance at most with central and state governments. If there is stone pelting on the vehicles going to the pilgrim sites, that too is mischievous act by some individuals and must be dealt with heavy hands. Are stones as weapons recommended by some, and if so the government must get into the root of the problem.
