What a horrible tragedy. No one in the world including the Talibans can condone it. If there are some who do condone it then they do not understand love, families, cruelty, violence. Talibans I am sure you are also suffering within yourself. Stop this violence because it is a lose-lose situation. No one is winning in this because hate will NEVER win.
