Rain/thundershowers at;

East: Mainly dry.

North: Many places in Uttarkhand,Punjab,Himachal Pradesh,Jammu and Kashmir; a few places in west Uttar Pradesh,Haryana and isolated places in east Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.

Central: Isolated places in west Madhya Pradesh and mainly dry in east Madhya Pradesh,Vidarbha and Chattisgarh.

Peninsula: Mainly dry.

Islands: Isolated places in Andaman and Nicobar Islands and mainly dry in Lakshadweep.

Temperatures recorded in four metropolotin centres were:

The western disturbance as an upper air system extending upto 4.5 kms a.s.l. over Jammu and Kashmir and neighbourhood persists. A cyclonic circulation extending upto 2.1 kms a.s.l. lies over west Rajasthan and neighbourhood.

Another cyclonic circulation extending upto 2.1 kms a.s.l. lies over central Pakistan and neighbourhood. The trough in mid and upper atropspheric westerlies with its axis at 5.8 kms a.s.l. now runs along Longitude 65 degree east to the north of Latitude 20 degree.

Above four systems are likely to move eastnortheastwards.

The trough of low at sea level over south Andman sea and adjoining southeast Bay of Bengal now lies over southeast Bay of Bengal and neighbourhood. The cyclonic circulation over Haryana and neighbourhood has become less marked.

Night temperatures were below normal in some parts of Jharkhand,Bihar,east Uttar Pradesh,Tamil Nadu of Kerala.

They were appreciably to markedly above normal in Uttarkhand,Himachal Pradesh,Rajasthan,west Madhya Pradesh and in some parts of Assam,Meghalaya,Sub-Himalayan West Bengal,Sikkim,Orissa,west Uttar Pradsh,Jammu and Kashmir,Saurashtra,Kutch,north Madhya Maharashtra,Marathwada,Vidarbha and of Telangana and were above normal in some parts of east Madhya Pradesh and south Madhya Mahrashtra.

They were normal over the rest of the country.

East: Mainly dry.

North: Isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir,west Rajasthan and mainly dry in Uttar Pradesh,Uttarkhand,Haryana,Punjab,Himachal Pradesh and east Rajasthan. Srinagar 0.7 and Quazigund 0.1.

Central: Mainly dry.

Peninsula: Mainly dry.

Islands: Mainly dry.
