Punjabi rapper Honey Singh may have to give his voice samples to prove whether or not he sang ‘Main balatkaari hoon’ (I am a rapist).

During the resumed hearing of a petition filed by Honey Singh seeking quashing of FIR registered against him on May 16 on charges of singing vulgar songs, the Punjab Police today told the court that the CD was handed over to CFSL,Chandigarh on August 13 to verify whether the song has been sung by Honey Singh or some other singer.

Honey Singh had flatly denied singing the said song and had claimed that it was somebody else who had sung the song.
